Response times. We are two people in one time zone (Mountain), and this is not yet anyone's full-time job. Expect a reply within a few business days; wholesale inquiries usually come back faster because we care about them more than we should admit. If a week goes by with nothing, send it again — it means we lost it, not that we ignored you.
